Application Procedure

Application can be done at the Graduation School online application system. The selection process will be ongoing progressed after receiving all the required documents and application fee. Details of the admission procedure are as follows:

Before Application

  • Applicants should read "How to Apply?" on Graduate School's website.

  • Applicants should read the "Application Procedure" listed below carefully.

  • Applicants should complete the online application form and submit all required documents on or before deadlines.

  • Application will only be processed after all required documents have been submitted and application fee has been paid.

  • Late submission will NOT be considered.

1. Online Application

  • Submit application form through the Online Application System at the Graduate School's website.

  • There is an application fee of HK$300, which is non-refundable, to be paid online.

2. Submit Documents

3. Selection

  • Applications will be reviewed from Jan to Jun. Applicants may be invited to attend an admission interview.

  • Applicants will be notified if additional documents are required.​

4. Application Result

  • Applicants can login the Online Application System and check their application results in the section of “View Application Result”.

  • Successful applicants are required to settle the admission deposit, which is equal to the 1st installment of tuition fee, if they confirm to accept the offer.

5. Get ready to School

  • Newly admitted students will receive the admission information from the Graduate School.

  • Semester will start in first week of September. Students will receive the programme outline in July and timetable in August.
