SMHS Alumni Association

The Sports Medicine and Health Science Alumni Association (SMHSAA) was established in 2009. Students will become the member of the Alumni Association once graduation. We have over 700 members over the world today. It effectively maintains the connections and strengthens the bond in the sports medicine family.

The association aims to serve thce community by playig a role to promote sports injury prevention and rehabilitation in various community services.

SMART Fun Day 2011 - 2023

SMHSAA is one of the organizers of the SMART Fun Day, an annual event dedicating to promote sports medicine, health and fitness in Hong Kong. Members of SMHSAA were invited to deliver talks and workshops which served as an important platform for educating the public about sport injuries prevention, and enhancing knowledge exchange among professionals in the sports medicine industry.

Sports For All Day 2011 - 2023

SMHSAA was cordially invited by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department to be the supporting organizer in Sport For All Day since 2011. Alumni were invited to deliver health talks, demonstrate exercise and perform motion analysis to the public.

Hong Kong Games

SMHSAA was invited to be one of the co-organizers of the 4th-6th Hong Kong Games, which is a territory-wide major multi-sport event with the 18 District Councils.
