Application Procedures

Application can be done at the Graduation School online application system. The selection process will be ongoing progressed after receiving all the required documents and application fee. Details of the admission procedure are as follows:

Before Application

Please Note:

  • Application will only be processed after all required documents have been submitted and application fee has been paid.

  • To be considered for the priority round, submit online application and all documents by 31 Jan 2027. Submissions received by 30 Apr 2027, will be considered for the final round.

  • Late submission will not be considered.

  • All documents submitted will not be returned.

1. Online Application

  • Submit application form through the Online Application System at the Graduate School's website.

  • There is an application fee of HK$500, which is non-refundable, to be paid online.

2. Submit Documents

  • Please carefully review the Document Checklist and prepare and submit the required documents.

  • Candidates will receive a confirmation email once all required application documents have been submitted.

3. Selection

  • Applications will be reviewed from Nov to Apr. Applicants may be invited to attend an admission interview.

  • Applicants will be notified if additional documents are required.​

4. Application Result

  • Applicants can login the Online Application System and check their application results in the section of “View Application Result”.

  • Successful applicants are required to settle the admission deposit, which is equal to the 1st installment of tuition fee, if they confirm to accept the offer.

5. Get ready to School

  • Newly admitted students will receive the admission information from the Graduate School.

  • Semester will start in first week of September. Students will receive the programme outline in July and timetable in August.
